The Fulton County/City of Atlanta Land Bank
Authority, Inc. is seeking proposals from for‑profit and
non‑profit developers to acquire, rehabilitate, and sell
and/or rent single‑family and multi‑family properties in
accordance with the requirements of the Neighborhood
Stabilization Program 1 & 3 as described in the Request for
Proposals.
