On behalf of the Staff, the Board of Directors and our primary stakeholders, I would like to thank you for visiting our organizational website. This portal will allow you to learn more about the important and exciting initiatives that are being undertaken by the LBA.  We are proud to present this electronic communication tool that will allow the LBA to provide current and comprehensive information to our stakeholders and clients.

For more than 14 years, the LBA has been a critical component of the development and redevelopment efforts of the City of Atlanta, Fulton County, Community Development Corporations, non-profit and for-profit developers. These entities and various other stakeholders hold a common vision of a City and County that provide a wide array of affordable and market housing combined with vibrant commerce.  The LBA has had significant involvement in creating affordable housing and promoting economic development by leveraging its unique ability to extinguish and serve as the central disposition entity for certain Sheriff and Marshall Deeds.  The LBA seeks to propel this legacy by boldly moving forward with new initiatives that will further enhance the redevelopment efforts in the City of Atlanta and Fulton County areas as they emerge from the impact of the recent housing and financial crisis.
